I’m a returning patient of Dr Hancock. I have had issues with my teeth my whole life. I can say seeing him over 2 years for three different reasons. He was the most professional and experienced Endodontist. If you need a root canal done right he is the best choice. Also the facility is clean and bright and a relaxing environment. Trayana is the office manager and receptionist. She is great at both jobs. She is friendly, makes you feel comfortable and experienced in managing and explaining your procedure. With follow up phone calls to check on your status. Overall no one likes to have a root canal but they make the experience better, painless and the outcome successful.

My root canal with Dr. Hancock went very well. I really appreciate his patience and willingness to acknowledge my anxiety and his skill as he completed the procedure. Him showing empathy made the experience so much easier. There was only some soreness that night and the next morning when I flossed and brushed. I definitely would recommend Dr. Hancock.

Dr. Hancock and his staff extend professionalism, courtesy and genuine concern for their patients. My wife had an abscess and needed a root canal. She found the experience to be as pleasant as possible for this type of procedure. She commended Dr. Hancock for his ability to apply the needle aesthetic with ease and without pain. Staff called to check on her progress and how she was feeling. Dr. Hancock is definitely skilled in his profession and easily applies those skills that result in very positive results. You will be in good hands with Dr. Hancock!

Dr.Hancock and staff were extremely professional. The entire process was explained to me and where my dentist didn’t think the root canal could be successful Dr. Hancock felt that he could help. I was in a ton of pain and felt immediate relief. I would give more stars if that was a thing. Highly recommend.

I actually enjoyed my root canal experience. I was very impressed with the technology available in Dr Hancock’s practice, his staff’s professionalism and the efficiency with which my dental issue was met. All procedures were performed painlessly and I had zero need for any pain medications following my visits. Dr Hancock explained all options with pros and cons of each. I would recommend him to anyone needing the type of treatments he performed on my teeth.
